Notes:
•    This is a second chance facility for high school dropouts.  This program is 24-7 and the students live on a military base in order to get their GED.
•    It’s quasi-military, meaning that all students are supported in a military structured environment with military discipline.  The students are referred to as “cadets”, not students.  It is not a boot camp, although the program falls under the umbrella of the National Guard.
•    110 cadets + staff will be in attendance
•    LOCATION: MILITARY BASE WITH HIGH SECURITY
